At Gayatri Nursery, we take great care to ensure every plant and product reaches you in the best condition. Since plants are living beings, we handle returns and refunds carefully to balance customer satisfaction and plant care.
🌿 1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once your order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
🍃 2. Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The plant arrived damaged or unhealthy.

The pot or product was broken in transit.
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and package. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
🌸 3. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
🌼 4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Plants that have been repotted, trimmed, or used after delivery

Customized orders or special plant arrangements

Live plants that were healthy on delivery but later damaged due to care or environment.
